3. The Site does not take responsibility for non-delivery etc of any goods.
4. The Site will suspend or cancel an ad if it thinks it to be suspicious.
5. It is the aim of the Site to publish all ads within 24-36 hours upon receipt of subscription payment to the owner's account.
6. Subscription fees will NOT be returned to the client should no interest be shown for items posted to be swapped or sold.
7. The Site does not take responsibility of any adverse effects on your business.
8. The Site will NOT tolerate any obsene, racist, sexual, religious discrimination, spam, violence, bullying of its members and will remove the user's account immediately.
9. The Site does not take responsibility whatsoever of any medical advice provided unless you have received from a medical professional like your GP, Midwife, Health Visitor etc.
10. The Site is NOT responsible for visitors or members who decide to play online games so please take care when gambling.
